Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Talent Development & Community Program Manager to elevate our Evolver experience by unifying learning programs, culture initiatives, and onboarding. You will own leadership development, onboarding for new hires, ERG leadership, and our CSR efforts, all while building scalable systems and processes.

You will design and deliver programs that connect learning with culture across a distributed team, using AI tools and data to drive measurable impact and engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development, talent development or employee experience.
• Proven facilitation of programs for managers and leaders.
• Experience building learning and culture programs from scratch at a growth company.

Responsibilities

• Design talent and leadership development strategy from design through measurement.
• Lead New Hire Orientation (NEO) and craft content to onboard new Evolvers with our values and culture.
• Develop leadership programs from first-time managers to ongoing cohorts, aligned with our leadership expectations.
• Plan and deliver company-wide moments and events that connect a distributed team.
• Oversee ERGs and DEIB initiatives, partnering with ERG leaders and executives on charters and budgets.
• Engage Evolvers in CSR initiatives and our Building Hospitality program.
• Leverage AI and tools to scale programs through systems, content creation, automation, and impact reporting.
