Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Talent Development & Community Program Manager to unify learning programs, culture initiatives, and onboarding for Evolvers. You will own leadership development, onboarding and community programming across ERGs, CSR, and events.

This builder role requires shaping strategy, implementing systems, and delivering measurable outcomes with AI-enabled scaling. Remote-friendly in the U.S.; compensation reflects seniority and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development, talent development or employee experience.
• Confident facilitator who can engage diverse audiences.
• Experience building learning and culture programs from scratch at a growth company.
• Technical aptitude with LMS/HRIS platforms and automation tools.
• AI fluent and digitally agile; using AI to improve programs.
• Strong program management, ownership, and budgeting.
• Business acumen aligning programs to business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent and leadership development strategy from design to measurement.
• Lead New Hire Orientation content and experience for day-1 alignment.
• Build and facilitate leadership development programs and ongoing cohorts.
• Plan and deliver company events, in-person and virtual, to connect distributed teams.
• Oversee ERGs and DEIB initiatives with chartering and budgets.
• Engage Evolvers in CSR through Building Hospitality program.
• Leverage AI/tools to scale programs and track impact.
