AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and is scaling rapidly with a fully remote Talent Lead who will own end-to-end recruiting across Growth, AI, SWE engineering, Product, and clinical roles. You’ll work async in a time zone of your choice, with midday Pacific Time overlap, and collaborate across the Talent Team.

reporting directly to the Head of Talent and partnering with founders and leaders to build out high-caliber teams globally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years recruiting experience across difficult searches.
• Ability to recruit senior leaders and manage complex searches.
• Ability to build target company lists and outbound pipelines.
• Demonstrated judgment to differentiate exceptional candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Own searches end to end: sourcing, outbound, screening, interviewing, closing.
• Build repeatable sourcing engines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Sharpen hiring bars for seniority, industry fit, and recency across searches.
• Maintain clean pipelines and candidate comms in the ATS.
• Set calibration questions and align with org leaders to improve processes.
• Manage candidate experience through to offers, including comp conversations.
