Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Talent Consultant – Talent Insights to drive data‑driven workforce decisions in our Chattanooga area office. You will develop and analyze dashboards, surveys, and talent data to uncover trends and enable strategic planning with HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities include administering employee listening initiatives, benchmarking talent programs, and delivering analytics that measure impact and guide talent initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in Human Resources, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related field.
• Experience with workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze talent dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Administer employee listening initiatives including surveys.
• Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends in turnover, retention, internal mobility, and readiness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
• Support reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leadership on talent initiatives.
