Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent management.
Experience with ATS platforms (Workday or Taleo) for recruitment processes.
Knowledge of HRIS data management and reporting.
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify recruitment trends.
Familiarity with employment law and compliance regulations.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and align with organizational goals.
Conduct needs assessments and design targeted training programs for employee growth.
