Job summary

Walmart is recruiting for a leadership role in Amelia, Ohio, focused on recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and drive company growth. You will supervise and develop associates, hire and mentor, assign duties, and recognize performance, while upholding Walmart’s values and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms-specific CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinates recruiting and development of qualified associates to meet staffing needs and company growth.
• Provides supervision, mentoring, and recognition to associates and ensures adherence to company policies and ethics.
