Job summary

Fello Severn, MD is seeking a Business Partner, Talent Experience to align People & Culture with division needs and provide expert HR consulting. You will coach leaders on employee relations, support performance management, and advise on talent planning.

The role requires a BA/BS in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience. Telework is possible periodically; full-time office hours apply with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional HR experience in employee relations.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Ability to drive and influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise leaders on talent and succession planning and employee relations issues.
• Support performance management processes and leadership development.
• Partner with People & Culture to align HR initiatives with divisions.
• Help plan and support People & Culture events and communications.
