This on-site role guides the Talent Experience team and partners with TA and leadership to ensure a thoughtful, consistent, mission-aligned candidate experience. You will lead, coach, and develop a team, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and balance high-touch engagement with efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or marketing/communications roles including sourcing and talent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Talent Experience team operations.
• Define and continuously improve candidate journey programs, processes and touchpoints.
• Oversee candidate engagement, visits, relocation, onboarding and employer brand initiatives.
• Balance high-touch experiences with scalable processes.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Use feedback and market practices to improve the experience.
• Set a clear vision and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
