This role leads the Talent Experience team, defines and improves programs, processes and touchpoints across candidate engagement, relocation, onboarding and employer brand initiatives, and partners across TA and St. Jude to deliver a consistently excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a talent acquisition or marketing/communications role.
• Experience with technology-based recruiting and sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, custom search engine, LinkedIn and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google).
• Experience coaching and leading people.
• Familiarity with employment laws and state and local laws as applicable.
• Some experience in planning and managing TA marketing delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work of our Talent Experience team while shaping programs, processes, and touchpoints across the candidate journey.
• Define and continuously improve candidate engagement, relocation, onboarding, and employer brand initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring leaders, and teams across the organization.
• Balance high-touch, personalized experiences with efficient, scalable processes.
• Move between strategy and execution, setting a vision and ensuring details are delivered exceptionally well.
