Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition or marketing/communications with recruiting or talent experience responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day work of the Talent Experience team.
• Define and continuously improve the candidate programs, processes, and touchpoints that comprise the journey.
• Oversee candidate engagement, visits, relocation, onboarding, and employer brand initiatives; partner across TA and St. Jude.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring leaders, and teams across St. Jude.
• Use feedback and industry best practices to continuously improve the experience.
