Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices (on-boarding/off-boarding, talent mgmt, employment law, contract language).
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, with strong attention to detail in a changing environment.
• Effective communication with multiple management levels.
• Minimum 2 years in employee management, supervision, or team lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs.
