Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, talent acquisition, or related cross-functional work.
• Experience leading complex programs, roadmaps, governance and leadership reporting.
• Ability to translate workforce priorities into clear attraction strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating integrated content, campaigns, and channel strategies for distinct talent segments.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use insights to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, health, and evolution of Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience programs.
• Develop a unified roadmap across employer brand, recruitment marketing, career sites, talent communities, and related touchpoints.
• Translate hiring priorities into differentiated attraction strategies for priority skills and locations.
• Map and improve the end-to-end candidate journey from awareness to onboarding handoff.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, brand, marketing, People Operations, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee governance routines, calendars, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption of standards across teams and ensure steady-state ownership of new capabilities.
