Qualifications
6+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Enablement
Experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning training programs
Strong slide-based content design and ability to translate complex concepts
Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and content creation
Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-based content delivery
4 days a week in office (Tuesday-Friday)
Responsibilities
Identify capability gaps with subject matter experts and design targeted learning solutions
Own end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs from analysis to measurement
Create engaging e-learning modules and blended learning experiences
Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for individual contributor and manager audiences
Consult with HRBPs on enablement needs and drive program adoption
Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines and stakeholder updates
Measure learning impact and use insights to improve designs
Stay current on learning trends and AI-powered approaches
