Job summary

Avenue5 in Addison, TX is seeking a career development manager to design engaging learning content and shape our training programs across operations, sales, and customer service. This role leads and participates in developing Avenue5's training curriculum for associates, aiming to go beyond traditional learning design and to engage audiences more effectively.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years in property management and training, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field or relevant work experience is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in property management is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a training role is required.
• Advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic level knowledge of Learning Management Systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content for diverse audiences across geographies.
• Deliver training programs for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with associates to identify training needs and assess performance gaps.
• Drive e-learning capability and update program materials and tools.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for training events.
• Provide coaching and remedial training as needed and collaborate with management.
• Partner with third-party vendors to enhance training materials and communications.
