Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Career Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training across operations, sales, customer service, and marketing. You will lead curriculum development, facilitate programs, and evaluate effectiveness while traveling to multiple properties.

You will collaborate with managers to identify needs, create and update materials, and coach leaders to improve performance. A strong background in adult learning and LMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in business or education.
• 2–5 years in property management preferred.
• 2–5 years in a training role required.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of learning management systems required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop measurable learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with associates to identify training needs.
• Drive e-learning capabilities as a learning solution.
• Create exercises, activities, and assessments to reinforce learning.
• Facilitate training programs including travel arrangements and materials.
• Update and revise training programs as necessary.
• Provide input into program development and author materials.
• Coach managers with one-on-one training and remediation.
• Publish training calendars and manage supplemental programs.
• Train new associates on policies and procedures during acquisitions.
