Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Career Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training content. You will lead development of operations training curricula for sales, customer service, marketing, and more across Avenue5 properties.

You will collaborate with associates to identify needs, create measurable learning experiences, and drive increased e-learning capabilities. Travel 50-75% to support training across geographies is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of property management experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of training experience required.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic LMS knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop measurable learning experiences across diverse geographies and audiences.
• Collaborate with associates to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Lead and deliver training programs for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.
• Create instructional materials, PowerPoint, and facilitator guides.
• Update and revise training programs; stay current with trends and regulations.
