Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a career development manager to design and deliver engaging learning content across our multifamily portfolio. You will help shape how our associates learn, grow, and succeed by leading operations training programs and driving innovative approaches to training design.

The role requires 2–5 years in property management and training, strong Microsoft Office skills, and may involve up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a training role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop measurable learning experiences for diverse sites and audiences.
• Collaborate with associates to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Expand e-learning capabilities as a learning solution.
• Create exercises, activities, and assessments to reinforce topics.
• Stay current on trends and regulations in training and property management.
• Plan and facilitate training trips, materials, and scheduling; update programs.
• Develop training materials and job aids for learners and facilitators.
• Support managers with coaching and refresher trainings.
• Coordinate supplemental programs and publish training calendars.
• Train new associates on policies during property acquisitions/management.
• Partner with vendors to enhance training materials and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
