Job summary

VEG is hiring a Systems Manager in White Plains to build a scalable ExOps engine. You will design and implement systems, dashboards, and automations across Enrollment, Delivery and Compliance, partnering with Innovations, Learning Tech and other VEG teams.

You will reduce manual work, increase operational visibility, and ensure durable, well-documented processes to support more programs and VEGgies over time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, systems, or analyst role with hands-on process/workflow improvement.
• Demonstrated experience owning systems, workflows, dashboards, automations, or process infrastructure.
• Experience with AI tools/platforms in operational context.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and data visualization platforms.
• Strong process design thinking and baseline PM skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Systems Roadmap across Enrollment, Delivery, and Compliance.
• Own dashboards, workflows, and tools providing clear visibility into schedules and compliance.
• Design and deploy automations, using AI where it reduces manual work and scales operations.
• Partner with VEG teams to embed tools and ideas into ExOps rather than in isolation.
• Drive adoption by translating tools into usable day-to-day workflows and gathering feedback.
• Document systems and processes to ensure durable, maintainable infrastructure.
• Measure impact by reducing recurring work and improving reliability.
