Job summary

VEG is expanding its HQ team to strengthen Talent Development. This role focuses on measuring success, translating goals into metrics, and delivering dashboards and insights to leaders. You'll partner with program owners to turn data into practical improvements and help scale our development initiatives across the organization.

Based in White Plains, this full-time role emphasizes analytics, operations, and enablement to drive better decisions and outcomes for VEG's teams and their pets families.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building reporting, analytics, or performance measurement systems
• Experience creating dashboards, surveys, or measurement frameworks that supported business decisions
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Experience partnering across teams to improve programs or operations
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; survey/BI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the reporting, dashboard, survey, and measurement systems for Talent Development.
• Translate program goals into measurable outcomes and practical feedback loops.
• Turn data and feedback into clear, actionable insights for leadership reviews.
• Maintain trusted sources of truth and standardize reporting.
• Support rollout of new Talent Development systems and measure adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Program Leaders, Tech, and Strategy to align measurement.
