Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) seeks a Systems Manager to scale ExOps through a robust systems engine. You will design, build, and document dashboards, automations, and workflows across Enrollment, Delivery, and Compliance while partnering with Innovations, S&I, Learning Tech, and VEG teams to embed the right tools, including AI, into ExOps.

Your role emphasizes reducing manual work, increasing visibility, and enabling VEGgies to support more programs with greater reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in an operations, systems, or analyst role with hands-on process/workflow improvement experience
• Experience owning systems, dashboards, automations, or process infrastructure in an operations or enablement env.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in professional context
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and data visualization/dashboard tools
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site, in-person work

Responsibilities

• Develop the Systems Roadmap across Enrollment, Delivery, and Compliance.
• Own dashboards, workflows, and tools for visibility into schedules and compliance.
• Design and deploy automations to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed tools and AI into ExOps.
• Translate new tools into usable day-to-day workflows and drive adoption.
• Document systems, processes, and automations for durability and transferability.
• Measure impact and identify next opportunities based on metrics.
