Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, workforce development, or change management.
• Ability to move beyond executing processes to identifying needs and driving improvements.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven project leadership across cross-functional work.
