Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and identify top talent across departments.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Support ongoing employee development and training initiatives.
  • Coach managers and executives on hiring and team development.
  • Improve new-hire experience and retention efforts.
  • Maintain organized and efficient hiring and training processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and training. The right person thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships quickly, and takes pride in creating a strong first impression for every new team member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct interviews and help identify top talent across multiple departments
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Support ongoing employee development and training initiatives
  • Coach and train managers and executive-level leaders on hiring, onboarding, and team development practices
  • Help improve the overall new hire experience and retention efforts
  • Keep hiring and training processes organized, consistent, and efficient
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, training, or a similar people-focused role
  • Passion for training, coaching, and helping people succeed
  • Comfortable working on-site and being highly visible and engaged with teams
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing managers and executive-level leaders is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities at once
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
