Job summary

Invenergy LLC, based in Chicago, IL, seeks an Associate, Talent Development to design, implement and oversee learning programs across the organization. You will create instructor-led and online courses, curate content, and manage the LMS to ensure engaging, effective training aligned with strategic goals.

You'll collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to enable a learning culture, measure outcomes, and drive development for staff at all levels in a fast-paced energy infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HR, ID, or Education.
• Minimum 3 years in instructional design and learning development.
• Experience managing corporate learning programs and measuring outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional systems design and adult learning principles to create content that supports Invenergy’s objectives.
• Identify, design, develop engaging training programs for contributors, leaders and high potential employees.
• Provide thought leadership to enable a learning culture aligned with core values.
• Create content for and support the administration of Invenergy’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Curate eLearning content from external providers to support targeted skill development.
