Job summary

Collaborating with HR and internal stakeholders, you’ll curate LMS content, measure learning outcomes, and drive a culture of continuous development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, instructional design, education, or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design/learning development experience.
• Experience managing corporate learning programs and measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create content aligned with Invenergy’s objectives.
• Design and develop engaging training for contributors, people leaders and high-potential employees.
• Manage LMS content, coordinate vendors, and ensure a smooth learning experience for participants.
