Invenergy LLC in Chicago is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for corporate roles from sourcing to offer. This in-office position supports hiring leaders, delivers a strong candidate experience, and develops effective strategies with passive recruitment as needed.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams, provide market insights, and showcase Invenergy’s value proposition to attract top talent while ensuring hiring processes run smoothly and compliantly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Experience using an enterprise ATS such as Workday.
• Proficient with sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
• Provide status updates and market insights to managers.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies including passive recruitment.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Articulate Invenergy’s value proposition to candidates.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Maintain documentation and support recruiting analytics.
• Exercise professional judgment and foster equal opportunity.
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and events.
