Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Training Specialist to drive talent development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on in-person and online training, content creation, and collaborating with HR and internal customers to elevate the employee experience.

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will deliver targeted trainings, track progress, and help expand developmental programs to improve performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience delivering training in-person and virtually.
• Experience developing training content and leader guides.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital training tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on soft skills and leadership development.
• Monitor completion of self-paced learning modules and maintain attendance records.
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to refresh and upgrade content.
• Support onboarding and growth initiatives for new associates.
