Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Training Specialist within the Human Resources Talent Development team at our Corporate Campus in Cincinnati, OH. You will identify training needs, develop content, deliver mandatory and developmental trainings, and maintain training records to elevate the employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, managers, and regional teams to deploy in-person, online, and self-paced learning, monitor effectiveness, and report on progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering training in-person and virtually.
• Experience developing training content and leader's guides.
• LMS administration experience or proficiency with LMS platforms.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on soft-skills and leadership development in-person or virtual.
• Monitor coverage of self-paced learning modules for all team members.
• Collect feedback and maintain attendance records of trainings.
• Collaborate on content development and upgrade for training modules.
• Recommend quarterly training interventions to Talent Development managers.
• Monitor talent development initiatives and report on progress.
• Coordinate with regional HR managers for refreshers or onboarding support.
• Assist SMEs in developing or upgrading departmental training content.
• Ensure new associates receive onboarding support and resources.
