Responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of assigned HillelU programs from planning through post-program follow-up.
• Coordinate session setup, registration, materials, technology, and other needs.
• Manage pre- and post-program communications and logistics.
• Provide day-of tech and administrative support for virtual and in-person programs.
• Collaborate with facilitators and TD team to ensure successful delivery and reusable processes.
• Develop templates and checklists to streamline delivery and consistency.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
