Relief International in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Human Resources (Organizational Development & Training) Intern. This internship provides comprehensive exposure to training management, data analysis, and administrative support in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

The intern will assist in managing the Learning Management System and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of training and organizational development, while also supporting the Internship Development Program.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be undergraduate or graduate students.
• Experience with e-learning tools is preferred.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Learning Management System for HR Managers.
• Design e-learning projects and user guides.
• Support the Internship Development Program with various administrative tasks.
