Job summary

Learnitude in Washington, DC is offering a part-time Summer Internship in Training and Operations Support. You will gain hands-on experience coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, and supporting facilitators and participants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related role
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products and online collaboration platforms
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status, fluent in English
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Flexibility to work outside core office hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and support facilitators and participants
• Track and manage budgets, staff schedules, and equipment for training activities
• Maintain records and assist in creating reports on program progress and outcomes
• Assist in vendor communications, proposals, and comparison charts
• Prepare evaluation criteria and data for program assessment
