Bank of America is seeking a Talent Consultant II to lead enterprise-wide talent development and organizational design solutions within the Private Bank Talent Team. You will support senior leaders to map strategies to organizational goals and implement leadership solutions across the business.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leadership development & talent management OR Organization Development, Change and/or Organization Design OR HR Generalist OR relevant HR specialist experience leading programs, processes, or other talent practices.
• Relationship management skills with ability to consult, advise, and influence senior leaders.
• Experience interfacing with leaders at the MTM 1 and/or 2 deep level who are seasoned and sophisticated.
• Demonstrated conceptual thinker with program and project management skills and ability to translate strategy into goals, tactics, and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to work across peers, partners, and clients in a trust-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with business and HR leaders to design and deliver talent management strategies and talent development plans for succession planning and leadership bench.
• Leads, designs, and implements leadership development processes and HR initiatives like talent/ succession planning, performance management, organizational design/effectiveness, manager development, 360 feedback.
• Executes talent management strategy and organizational design across local, regional, and enterprise teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provides consultative coaching to leaders focusing on diverse and top talent development.
• Maximizes business outcomes by implementing strategic talent solutions using data and insights.
• Partners with control functions to mitigate people risk and communicate talent moves to stakeholders.
• Consult with leaders on org change, assessing operating model and proposing org design and communication plans.
• Serve as advisor for horizontal initiatives across The Private Bank, collaborating with HR.
