Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Talent Consultant I to support enterprise-wide talent development and organization design initiatives. You will partner with the business and Global Talent teams to implement solutions that align with organizational goals and drive performance improvements.

You will manage end-to-end process support, develop resources, and coordinate cross-functional programs with SMEs, vendors, and client managers, while ensuring data-driven insights inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent, Human Resources or business support/reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Strong data orientation with basic statistical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience in executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent development solutions for enterprise-wide or LOB-specific needs.
• Collaborate with Global Talent, SMEs, GHR and vendors to drive performance improvement.
• Manage LOB process/program tracking, reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate LOB-specific communications and drive standardization of processes.
