Job summary

Future is seeking a Talent Development professional to coordinate group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes, manage digital modules, induction processes, and e-learning across the organisation. You will partner with Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices, ensuring seamless programme delivery.

This hybrid Bath-based role requires strong communication, organisation, and LMS experience, plus involvement in diversity initiatives and provider

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building across global stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with a structured approach to priorities.
• Experience designing digital learning assets or using learning management platforms.
• Familiarity with Apprenticeship Levy framework in England and managing apprenticeship programmes.
• Collaborative problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to evaluate programme data and present findings to improve initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, administration, and scheduling of induction, training, and e-learning programmes.
• Support the creation of digital, self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and managers, supporting learning needs.
• Oversee Apprenticeship Levy administration in England and monitor learning provider performance.
• Partner with Senior ESG Associate to design and roll out diversity and community programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote development programmes and track success metrics.
