Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Talent Development Specialist III to lead advanced training and development initiatives, mentoring teammates, and shaping workforce development.

The role designs and delivers complex training, supports succession planning, and partners with leaders to reduce talent risks while maintaining LMS data accuracy and driving programs that enhance performance and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, or related field.
  • 4–6 years HR experience with 3+ years in training.
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques and instructional design.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver complex training programs, including leadership development and executive-level training.
  • Lead and support succession planning by identifying critical roles and developing pipelines.
  • Support business continuity by partnering with leaders to implement cross-training and role-readiness strategies.
  • Administer the executive coaching program, including vendor coordination and evaluation of coaching effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify gaps in skills and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement advanced and personalized learning paths for employees.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness using data, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintain training data in LMS and other systems.
  • Contribute to L&D department events and activities.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention.

Overview

The Talent Development Specialist III leads and manages advanced training and development initiatives, mentors and guides fellow team members, and plays a key strategic role in the organization's workforce development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver complex and highly specialized training programs, including leadership development, technical and professional development, and executive-level training.
  • Lead and support succession planning by identifying critical roles, assessing internal talent readiness, and developing pipelines aligned with future business needs.
  • Support business continuity by partnering with leaders to identify key roles and implement cross-training and role-readiness strategies to mitigate talent-related risks.
  • Administer the executive coaching program, including vendor coordination, leader alignment, and evaluation of coaching effectiveness against development goals.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and analyses to identify complex gaps in employee skills, knowledge, and abilities; develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement advanced and personalized learning paths for employees, supporting their career growth and skill development.
  • Implement advanced methods for evaluating training program effectiveness, including analyzing data, conducting surveys, and using feedback to make data-informed improvements.
  • Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems.
  • Contribute to L&D department events and activities.
  • Work effectively as a team member with business leaders.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training, Organizational Development or related field of study
  • 4-6 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of specific experience developing and delivering training programs to various audiences
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques, instructional design, facilitation and consultation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience with UKG Learning is a plus.
Travel Requirements

5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical Activities

Climbing stairs. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

Pay Range

USD $76,860.00 - USD $102,565.00 /Yr.
