EAH Housing seeks a Talent Development Program Coordinator to join our Corporate team in San Rafael, CA. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) coordinates training, administers the LMS, and supports employee learning and growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in training, HR, or L&D, plus experience with UKG, SuccessFactors, or Yardi Aspire. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years’ experience in training, HR, or L&D role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, training sessions, and events.
• Manage LMS administration, course enrollment and tracking.
• Support onboarding materials, timelines, and surveys.
• Collaborate with HR and departments to promote learning programs.
• Produce training reports and ensure compliance tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and support virtual and in-person sessions.
