Job summary

Gucci seeks a Manager, Talent Development to drive and activate the People Development strategy across the Americas, focusing on the retail organization. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and Global Gucci HR to translate priorities into practical development experiences that grow leaders and accelerate performance.

You will support talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, and the deployment of development actions such as coaching and stretch assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• 4+ years of experience in talent development or related HR field.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work autonomously and drive projects.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and facilitation.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Gucci's People Development strategy across the Americas.
• Partner with HR People Partners and leaders to identify development needs and actions.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning with development plans.
• Coordinate development actions such as coaching, stretch assignments, and internal mobility.
• Promote adoption of Talent Match, Career Hub, and other Gucci tools.
• Design, localize, and activate leadership programs for retail and corporate populations.
• Facilitate leadership programs and manager communities.
• Embed development actions into day-to-day people management practices.
• Own and enhance onboarding experiences for Gucci Americas, especially retail.
• Coordinate with Kering L&D for learning solutions and enterprise deployment.
• Gather feedback, track metrics, and report on program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Retail Training to align role-specific capability building.
