Job summary

You will support internal communications, engage employees across functions, and partner with the Executive Office on events and programs that boost engagement and inclusion.

You will collaborate with Gucci Americas ERGs, manage student engagement programs, university visits, internships, and ensure training compliance with People Department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in Engagement, Training, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Technical aptitude with typical office software and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Support effective internal communication and optimize messaging using company tools.
• Develop and collaborate on ways to engage employees and teams across functions.
• Plan and execute engagement activities and events with leadership.
• Collaborate with ERGs and People Department on strategic engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate university engagement visits and student internship programs.
