Job summary

Walmart Inc. is hiring for a role based in Lebanon, IN to recruit and develop qualified associates who meet staffing needs and contribute to growth. You will coordinate job-related activities with key stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and drive accountability and continuous learning across the team.

You will also promote the Open Door Policy, mentor staff, and lead in a way that supports a diverse, inclusive work environment with a focus on belonging and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completes and oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
