Job summary

USAA is seeking a Talent Advisor (Mid-level) to design and evolve leadership development experiences that strengthen leader capability and organizational performance. You will own Leading at USAA and Leading Others programs, partnering with executives, HR, facilitators, and vendors to assess needs and implement scalable solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in talent development with data-driven decision making and a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
4+ years of experience in talent program design and implementation.
Knowledge of talent management technology solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially with senior executives.
Uses technology, AI, and automation to work efficiently.
Structured problem solving while balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

Consult with business leaders to develop and implement talent programs addressing key strategies.
Participate in talent projects from strategy to implementation and feedback.
Use data insights to support talent practices and deliverables.
Deliver programs for military-affiliated talent, high potential talent, and other key segments.
