Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
• 3+ years of experience recruiting passive candidates for technical roles
• Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies for identifying talent
• Strong market research skills and ability to create customized value propositions to attract talent
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Nintendo's talent segments to build a pipeline
• Support and execute on strategic recruiting programs
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create sourcing strategies for priority roles
• Source, assess and deliver pipeline of top talent to hiring teams
• May travel to talent networking and recruiting events
