Job summary

James Madison University is seeking an undergraduate or graduate intern to assist the Talent Development department with special projects and events related to the training of AP Faculty, staff, and wage employees. Qualifications

• Be enrolled as a student at JMU for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 semesters.
• Experience with research and synthesis of information
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning Talent Development events (e.g., Mid-level Management Institute, Mid-level Management Conference).
• Assist with evaluation of programs and possible content development/delivery.
• Provide general team support (staging/resetting training rooms, preparing handouts, assisting marketing efforts, reviewing training evaluations).
