Job summary

• Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
• Create and elevate content for the internal online training platform to engage employees and help them develop.
• Assist with facilitation of group tours, new employee orientation, and other engagement activities.
• Participate in self and team development training using the Predictive Index and 5 Voices.
• Manage planning and logistics to support Talent Development initiatives.
