Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) seeks a full-time HR Training Talent Development Specialist to manage the Learning Management System (LMS), develop instructional content, and facilitate orientation and development courses. The role requires applying adult learning theories, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure current, relevant content.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR/TD/OD, with two years of instructional design and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/TD/OD or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• APTD or CPTD preferred.
• Minimum of two years in instructional design, LMS administration, and course facilitation.
• Proficient with ADDIE and adult-learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Execute LMS management including content uploads and reporting.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation and development courses.
• Analyze course metrics and maintain accurate data.
• Review and update course content for engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
