Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or Business.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a human resources professional.
  • Direct experience supporting global talent management projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Integrated Talent Management and Succession processes including goals, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
  • Develop talent management communications and manage change to forms, processes and platforms.
  • Create succession charts and share results with hiring managers and HR.
  • Assist with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Developmental Assessments and learning paths.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on promotions, retention, and high-potential metrics.
  • Coordinate Leadership Development programs and vendor management.
