Encore seeks a Talent Management Specialist to support global talent programs, including performance management, succession, and leadership development. You will partner with HR, leaders, and vendors to improve processes and deliver insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or Business.
3+ years’ experience as a human resources professional.
Direct experience supporting global talent management projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Support Integrated Talent Management and Succession processes including goals, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
Develop talent management communications and manage change to forms, processes and platforms.
Create succession charts and share results with hiring managers and HR.
Assist with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Developmental Assessments and learning paths.
Analyze data and generate reports on promotions, retention, and high-potential metrics.
Coordinate Leadership Development programs and vendor management.
