Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to support planning and execution of professional development initiatives across the Firm. You will assist with feedback, mentoring, leadership development, and engagement surveys while coordinating communications and scheduling with PD leadership.

Based in the Tampa operations center, you will liaison with the PD Committee and HR, handling data, reports, and program logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional services setting; legal industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support non-partner evaluation and feedback processes, data collection, and reporting.
• Administer mentoring programs, track participation, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate internal and external surveys and assessments, collect data, and report findings.
• Maintain PD resources, webpages, calendars, and PD workspaces.
• Provide administrative support to the PD team, including communications and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Marketing and vendors for PD programs and materials.
