Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a General Development Coordinator to join our Professional Development team in Tampa, FL. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of professional development initiatives across the Firm, including feedback, mentoring, career coaching, and leadership development.

You will partner with the Director of Engagement and Career Development, the PD Committee, and HR to deliver programs, manage data, reports, surveys, and communications, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 2+ years in a professional services setting; legal industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the non-partner evaluation and feedback processes, including data collection, charts, and reporting.
• Administer mentoring programs, maintain mentor platforms, and prepare participation reports.
• Assist with internal and external surveys, data collection, reporting, and follow-up.
• Support stay and exit interview reporting.
• Maintain PD resources, webpages, calendars, and workspaces.
• Provide administrative support to the PD team, including scheduling, communications, and expense processing.
