Holland & Knight in Tampa, FL seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of development initiatives across the firm. This role collaborates with stakeholders to advance professional growth and engagement.

You will assist with mentoring programs, feedback cycles, surveys, and stay/exit interviews, while maintaining PD resources and coordinating communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of experience in a professional services setting; legal industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the non-partner evaluation and feedback processes, including assembling attorney data, compiling charts, creating e-binders, and coordinating related communications, tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Support the administration of the Firm’s mentoring programs, including maintaining mentor management platforms, compiling participation data, and preparing reports.
• Assist with the administration of internal and external surveys and assessments, including data collection, reporting, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Support periodic reports of stay interviews and exit interviews.
• Maintain Professional Development resources, webpages, calendars, PD workspaces, and other platforms.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the PDC and PD Team, including distribution of communications, meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, expense processing, and roadshow and office visit coordination.
• Liaise with Marketing and external vendors to support Professional Development programs, events, communications, and promotional materials.
• Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
• Special projects and duties as assigned.
