Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Talent Development Coordinator to support the execution of our Talent Development strategy by coordinating programs, administering learning technologies, and supporting program operations for colleagues and leaders.

You will provide exceptional service, manage LMS activities, maintain data, and collaborate with HR partners, vendors, and facilitators to ensure timely, impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning, Percipio, or similar platforms) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned Talent Development programs from planning through completion, supporting logistics, communications, participant activities, and follow-up.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication plans to support successful execution.
• Monitor program health, participant engagement, and metrics; identify risks and communicate next steps.
