Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Talent Development Coordinator to support the execution of its Talent Development strategy by coordinating programs, administering learning technologies, and maintaining program operations. You will provide exceptional service to colleagues, business leaders, HR Partners, and external partners.

This role emphasizes program coordination, LMS administration, and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Development programs from planning through completion, including logistics and communications.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication plans.
• Monitor program health, engagement, and metrics; identify risks and suggest next steps.
• Administer learning events in the LMS, manage enrollments, track attendance, and maintain records.
• Develop reports and dashboards; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors as needed.
