Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Talent Development Coordinator to support the execution of our Talent Development strategy by coordinating programs, administering learning technologies, and maintaining program operations.

You will collaborate with colleagues, business leaders, HR Partners, and external vendors to coordinate projects, generate reports, maintain accurate learning records, and ensure exceptional service. This role supports a culture that values growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Development programs from planning to completion.
• Administer learning events in LMS and maintain learning records.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate progress and metrics.
• Support stakeholders including HR, leaders, and external partners.
• Maintain program documentation and SOPs.
